Howdy,
Since I updated my Starry Night Pro 6 the other week, it is behaving worse than ever. I must make sure it is set up properly, which I haven't time to do lately. I downloaded Stellarium 0.10.2 which I believe is the latest version to give it another bash. When I install Stellarium Scope and check the box to open Stellarium on start, it doesn't. I have pointed Stellarium Scope to the Stellarium config file, but still no joy. What am I not doing wrong and/or do I need to edit the config file and how?
Thanks,
Gray.

I haven't played with this, but...

main page for Stellarium scope:

http://www.bytearts.com/stellarium/

looks like someone else is looking after it though:

I think you want this PDF (user guide):

http://www.welshdragoncomputing.ca/images/stories/stellariumscope_user_guide.pdf

page 5 (manual configuration) might help. *fingers crossed*.

Stellarium Scope is not part of the Stellarium project. It is a third party program. I did install it once to test it but I don't think I got it to work because I think it needed Ascom as well. I no longer have it on the computer so I can't check this out.

At the moment Stellarium is going through a major changer to telescope drive and connection to a telescope will be from the TelescopeControl plugin. At the moment we still only have drivers for Meade and NextStar but these work quite nicely from within Stellarium.
