I just noticed the picture on the William Optics Yahoo! group has recently changed to show a back-illuminated digital readout of the focuser position.

That could be nice.
I know there's aftermarket alteratives, and if you have a unit such as a RoboFocus installed then once configured it's largely irrelevant what position the focuser is at, but, for the simple field scope without motor focuser and without 3rd party parts, I think they could have something quite useful here. Looks neat too.

I haven't found any information about it on WO's .com site.
