Genric Map Error

Hi guys, could someone please tell me what a Genric (MAP) error means when trying to make a file of images when some are not my own. :shrug: :shrug:

Sorry Trevor for the late response, I expect by OS you mean Windows XP, I am not sure by the soft ware you mention, but it happens when for instance I copy a photo of a site and then try and use it to make a small video I produce just for personal use only.

Hi Leon,

What software are you using to make the video or what software are you using to copy the file down. A Generic MAP error doesnt seem to be related to any technology in particular, so it is probably related to the software program you are using at the time of the error.

Does it happen with all pictures you download, or just some, when trying to make these videos.

Ah Trevor now I get you the software is DVD Movie Factory 7 Pro, and it only happens to some images, probably say 10 percent, thanks for your response.
