Hi,
Can anyone help me work out what is required to perform drizzling through an Eq6. I understand there is a need to move the image slightly during drizzling.
Is this achieved through the software controlling the mount and what would be required to do this with an Eq6. Does it need EQMOD or can this just be done via PhD and the autoguider.
I have a Eq6 pro synscan (no Eq mod) and usually autoguide with a QHY5 using PhD. I should hopefully have a DSI III very soon so the dithering might be a nice option to increase the image resolution. Scope is 800mm focal length refractor or a 300mm f2.8 lens.
Appreciate any feedback on nebulosity also.
Thanks
David
