How do you set the frame size in Noel's Actions?

Today, I clicked on the astro frame in Noels actions, and got a thin black top and side border, with a slightly wider bottom border.

The very next photo I did this to, for some reason I got a much wider bottom border.

As I happened to like the wider one, I decided to unify all my astro photos with this same border. I opened another picture, clicked on astro frame again and it put the thin border on again......WHY!!!?????.:shrug:

Are the pictures the same size....some borders are proportional to the picture size maybe??

They are different sizes, but the side and top frames stay the same, only the bottom changes.

I think I'll send an e-mail to Noel.
