searching for software

I remember once seeing a programme that allows you to overlay a grid or target on your screen. I want to use it during drift alignment. Any ideas what its called and the site for the progamme?

Notwithstanding the excellent work done by our very own Al (thanks big Al!), there is also StarTarg (http://www.andysshotglass.com/StarTarg.html) which has an on-screen count down timer too, if you should ever need one. The points NSEW can be customized and rotated too, I think?
