It was too hazy last night to collect any deep images. So I decided to see what I could get in star colours from Crux.
Details Canon 5DH, Canon 300mm F2.8L at f/5, hutech LPR filter.
I did not autoguide as the exposures were only four minutes. There is a small amount of drift over this time which has the effect of smoothing any noise when many exposures are stacked.
Exposures 10x4 min at 200ISO and 400ISO. Usual HDR method.

I think the Maltese Cross like scatter is coming from the microlenses on the sensor.
