Hi all, Just a thought which came to mind after RR's dicussion on multi page openings, glitches etc etc.
Have you heard of Gibson Research Corp? If not, then goto > www.grc.com & do a 'SHIELDS UP' check. This simple test will see how secure your comp. is. (according to them, of course). But, seeing as Steve Gibson writes all the stuff himself & has programs installed in/on the International Space Station, I think his bona fides is O.K.
Whilst there, check out his free very small programs, (<30k), which are very handy for Windowze users. (unplug 'n play, shoot the messenger etc).
Lots of good reading there as well......
The article on 'Denial of Service' by a 15? yo. is very interesting.
I did a test a few months ago & came up all green. No probs.
I hope some find it usefull.....
Regards, L :D

Total stealth here, I have not been to this site for a while, but glad to see my system still comes up trumps. So it should with the money I spend on Spyware, Virus scanners and Hard fire walls.

Hey in fact my system came up with a very secure system, which is uncommon apparently.

I'm totally stealth to the web. 'I do not exist'. Now that's a comforting thought....
