Wireless Controller for EQMOD

Can anyone recommend what and where to get a PC wireless game controller to use with EQMOD.
I can find any number of controllers for XBOX and PlayStation but not for PC.

Some of the XBOX-360 controllers are PC compatible.
Otherwise, just find a "Rumblepad"

My kid tells me a wireless usb xbox controller is $40. I figured I'd gamble the $40 to see if a pc can pickup the drivers for the wireless device. Seeing as its MS it should be able to get the drivers on line.

Then again, if I give my 17 year old $40 he'll buy beer for sure :)
