Hi all,
Well, the first image is HDR, anyway.
This is the Berliner Dom (Berlin Cathedral) which is situated on Museuminsel (Museum Island).
Comments and critique, welcome.

Humayun
Very nice!
I particularly like the second one. The shiny bronze lightning ball contrasted
against that nearly monochromatic drabness that Berlin mostly is.
Keep them coming!

I like the last one.
The first one has a bit of Ghost whisperer to it...oooowww scary....lol
Next time tell the public to stand still for a few exposures....good luck

Gary,
I didn't find Berlin drab, to be honest. I actually loved it -- the mixture of old and new provides for a great contrast. I reckon every city should be like that. :)
I went back to that church the following day with my tripod. I had set up in the gallery on the second level in an area where I thought I wouldn't be seen, to try and take some indoor HDR shots. A security guard saw me set my camera up on the tripod and proceeded to turf me out -- he thought I was a professional photographer! Apparently, commercial photography isn't allowed in there. I wasn't about to start explaining to the German security guard that I wasn't a professional taking photographs to make money, but, a humble amateur trying to take home memories! :P
Thanks, mate. More to come, shortly.
Tony,
I reckon the ghosted people make it a more memorable image. People ask, "how did you do that?" I enjoy explaining HDR. :)
Thanks!
Regards,
Humayun
