XP SP3 perpetually try to install the same update

XP on my desktop recently updated to SP3. Since then it has been constantly finding 1 update after another. On closer inspection it seems to be the same update over and over... :shrug::

"Installing Security Update for Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB936181)"

Each time it does it is says installation is complete. There are no error messages. Any clues about what to do about this? All I could find searching the web so far is discussion about a failure error message...

Relax I think I've found the solution:

It's gone all of 5 minutes without coming up with the same update... 'll take it as a win for now...:P
