Hi all
I caught up with Theodog (Jeff) yesterday, he showed me Astrometrica (http://www.astrometrica.at/) Used for blinking images to look for asteroids. We loaded 3 widefield images I took of M104, and we found some asteroids, going down to Mag 17. I was most impressed :)

I plan to go through more past images as well as to deliberately image asteroids when the moon is too bright for deep sky stuff.

Jeff also showed me that we can use the software for imaging faint Jovian moons, as well as other planet.s moons, though one might need to leave an hour or so between images to allow enough movement for the outer planets.

Very cool. I'm not into AP (yet) but for anyone that is - this looks like a fantastic and interesting tool. Thanks for posting!

No worries
Upon going through past images, Ive found a Mag 19.3 Asteroid near M 83. Its full designation is (115149)2003 SA67.
Image was taken back in 11-05-2007 starting at around 7:38pm local time
Image watek with my 10 inch scope, so mag 19 with that and modded 350D is good :)
