I was attending a photography seminar on the weekend and the presenter mentioned a program for predicting the location on the horizon of the sun for sunrises and sunsets.
I did not get a chance to speak to him after and I was wondering if anyone new of this program. I believe it is a freeware or shareware program.

I use Ephemeris 1.0 (http://home.comcast.net/~jsachs34/) by Jonathan Sachs but it is only for a Pocket PC with Windows CE 3.0 or later.

That's the one, he mentioned about using it with a PDA but he thought it was available for a PC/Laptop as well. Thanks for that info.

the help file that it contains will tell where to get the magnetic declination info you will require plus also you will have to covert the degrees to minutes i think it was :)
