Hi All,
Two unusual galaxies that are literally targets.

Hoag's object -6x10min-L +darks 12"

NGC6028 -6x10min-L +darks.

Just thought I'd post to show some off the beat objects.:D

Yes. The ST7e seems nice for these objects. I have a 300D for the larger targets but have not used it on the 12" yet. I like the ease of using the ST.:D


I look through books at bookshops, looking beyond the poster pic's. If I find something unusual I'll write its info down.
Other places on the net eg Arp Cat., NED etc. I tend to read the comments in catalogues, look for anything unusual. Many turn out to be faint fuzzies but every now and then a suprise turns up.:thumbsup:
