Hi All,

Would some kind person please give me an idea of how to set up a link so that i may be able to post some of my images at there actual size.

I see that many here do this, and it has been suggested that I too should give it a go, but I really don't know where to start.

I am not looking at anything fancy, just a place to where i can send my images, and have it so that i can have that link displayed on my posts if need be.

Any suggestions please, but make it easy please, I'm not to good with this sort of stuff, plain English is good

Thanks Leon

You could try here Leon - you have to sign up, of course, but that's the same for all of these free sites. I quite think that the Picasa offering is quite a bit better than most.

http://picasa.google.com.au/intl/en/#utm_source=en-all-more&utm_campaign=en-pic&utm_medium=et

Also here, which "webizes" it.

http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/

Upload your pics and then right-click on them to get their location (URL) so that you can show that here as a link within your post. Mike won't allow users to post photos from external links directly using "img" tags, so all you'll see is the link within your post that a user clicks on to follow to your image.

Leon - did you sign up for a Google account? You should have a button on your Picasa desktop called "Web Album". If you click that, does it ask for your account login?

If you go here it will explain more:
