Hi All
Does anyone have experience with the SkyWatcher GPS for EQ6 mounts. I am thinking of buying one and am curious if they improve pointing/finding objects etc enough to warrant the expense.
Cheers

I am also curious as to if they will help with polar alignment....I suspect the answer is no, but I would be more than happy to be corrected.

GPS won't help with polar alignment...... but drift aligning and K3ccdtools will!:D:P
GPS benefits your goto by providing accurate location, but more importantly (in my experience) accurate time!;) This in turn improves the accuracy of gotos - at least for a CG-5 it does. If your mount keeps accurate time during the initial boot up and alignment sequences, then the benefit of GPS will be minimal, I would suggest...:P
