G'Day All,
I found this web site when I done a Google search for beep codes,it's really a good site and very helpful.So now if you have a problem with your computer and it starts beeping you can check this web site and it may tell you why. :)

Yeah tell you why then you can throw away the motherboard! :)
Always remember the 8 beeps one...throw away video card
1 and 3 beeps throw away memory sticks..

Thought 1 beep was normal on start up.
Quite often 3 beeps means take out memory sticks, blow dust off motherboard sockets. wipe stick contacts, put back, and she fires up. :lol:

i installed a motherboard once that used to talk to you to tell you what was wrong

have a guess what - had nothing but trouble with it

G'Day,
Yes 1 beep is normal,but lets say you get 1 long beep and 2 shorts beeps
according to the beep code on that web site you have "Video" or "Graphic card" problems :(
