Hi Mike. I'm not sure how you can use them Outlook express.. unless you use "word" as your email editor or something?

I know some mail clients allow you to use some "add-on" that allows you to add lots of smilies, backgrounds, music etc, because the format is HTML and it just uses web content... That might be what you're after. I know Mark Hodson uses something similar, hopefully he'll chip in?

I did find some emoticon add-on's for Outlook but its only a trial version
And I have changed my html editor to Word.
