It just works!!!

Some nights it all just comes together with a minimum of fuss. This is probably the roughest it's been alnight and most of the bumps are seeing related. Maximum deviation in Dec 1.1 arcsec . Camera/scope resolution 1.83 arcsec/pixel

The transparency for my imaging hasn't been great with the odd itinerant cloud, but I could watch that graph all night  I think I have a problem.

 I knew you'd pop your mug in, but I really didn't think it would be this quick

Oh and this was after completing my drift alignment to 0.5 arcsec/min dec drift in both Elevation and Azimuth in about 15 min ;)

Hi Paul

Nice graph! What 'scope/sensor combo generated the data?

Thanks

Dennis

Can't argue with that, although I must admit to being extremely envious of your setup.

Dennis the graph comes from K3CCDTools V3's drift explorer. The setup was my G11 using Digital Drive with Robby's StarMate, with Orion ED80/SBIG for imaging and Carton 60 f/7 with ToUcam for guidescope in SbS mode. I'm waiting on a few bits and pieces to thet the selfguiding working.

C'mon Phil, move to Queensland and to celebrate you can by yourself a new outfit. ;)

Wow Paul, I hope i can do as well with my G-11. Perhaps you can help me, where can i find the pin outs for a serial to ST4 cable for the digital drive.

Good question Fahim. I'll see what I can do. I don't have them, I don't think, but I know someone who will.
