Hi Guys, and Good Morning to you all.

Just asking is there anyone out there that still use, or knows how to use Mike Unsold's ImagesPlus software for deep space images.

I know it is a very old program and I do have it on my computer and used to use it all the time for my images i captured many years ago.

It served me well but i have forgotten how to do it and as i fiddle with the program things just don't work like they used to.

I am looking for some kind person that may have a step by step simple work flow work flow printed off somewhere and would be kind enough to share it with me.

I know there are other programs out there but I am old and just cant get my head around the procedures, and I am from the old school

I was happy with ImagesPlus and It worked for me.

So if there is anyone who could help please PM, so we could maybe work out some arrangement to get a copy of what you may have :)

Thank You:thumbsup:

Leon

There used to e a forum for Images Plus. It might be worth searching for that.

I used to use it as well. I have the discs for it still. The program is now free I am pretty sure.

Greg.

Thanks Guys, yes, I too have it and the 5 discs that go with it and Russell I have also seen that link and have actually loaded it from there onto the Laptop as well.

The tutorial, is just a bit overwhelming and thought that someone here may have a click by click easy way around it.

Anyway thank you for your time and responses.

Hi Leon
I use IP all the time for stacking and initial stretching.
I'm happy to help if I can.

Hi Glen thank you for the offer.
I have been working through it and progressively have learned the moves that i once knew.
I have typed and followed these steps one by one and it seems to be working reasonably well.
However if i run into trouble and i expect i might at some stage i will certainly take up your offer.

Thank You.

Leon
