Issue with Autostakker

After stacking my monochrome solar images, when using Autostakker I get these weird horizontal lines.

If I stack the same video in Registax with the same amount of frames these lines do not appear.

I would like to stick to Autostakker as it does batch processing and I prefer it as an overall program. I have contacted the developer but have not had a response.

Anyone have this issue?

I am using a camera with the IMX178 sensor which I know is known for these lines.

I use Autostakkert 3 and I’ve never had lines of any description in the stacked image

Was this in autostakkert 4?
