Pixinsight question

Hi there, I used the WBPP script and have now used the auto cropped integrated files and have got up to the stage with processing of combining my three narrow band channels (now starless) in ChannelCombination. I am getting an error message saying they don't match. When I looked at the files my Ha image is slight bigger and wider than the other two by about 40 px or so.
I am confused here, I though autocrop would have cropped all the integrated files the same. Is that not the case? I have not cropped them myself.

Now I am a bit stuck on how I trim the Ha image down to the correct size while at the same time aligning it with the other images?

I've done maybe a hundred or so with WBPP and never had this happen, weird definitely. Maybe the astrometric solution failed? it's pretty nancy when it wants to be. Re-recheck your subs, no accidental mixup? bin2? IDK.

You could manually register the wayward image with the master and then dynamic crop it to save the day.

Hey Brett,

are you running WBPP on all 3 narrow band channels together, or are you running WBPP three times, once for each channel?

Thanks for the advice. I might just start the whole process all over again. I am pretty hopeless with Pixinsight. It took me about 6 hours at the PC to get as far as I did. I need to follow videos to make sense of anything and if something goes wrong that I can't find a youtube video that matches my situation to correct it I am pretty much stuck. Even after using it on and off a few years I still find it the least intuitive bit of software I have ever used in 30 years of using a PC.

I have even signed up for Adam Block and his stuff is good but I still find it difficult putting things together into a workflow. Once I make an adjustment to something or integrate something else it seems to all go to custard.
