I am trying to recall what was the uber intelligent software or add on that came out about 6- 12 months ago (annoying my main PC crashed and I had to re-install everything) - but I recalled it did an analysis or had a super curve function that worked out the optimal points to strech your data.

I tried it a few times and was really impressed - think I may have posted here about it so will search my posts - but I am struggling (senior moment) to recall its name?

I do recall it was like Photoshop curves on steroids - it had a brain function that took about 20 - 30 seconds to run and it figured out exactly which zones to strech your data and by how much. So it was like levels and curves iterations done by an expert in a fraction of the time - really useful...

Can anyone recall something that matches my limited description? Thanks

Thinking it may have been the asinh function in Siril... - will look into it and confirm when I am less tired!

Asinh curves in siril as well as pixinsight and there is a asinh curves set for photoshop as well. Asinh when used well reveals some great results
