Hello Folks,
On the grounds that more data is better I have added singe night data sets to my base data set for NGC1566, When the first night is added AstroPxelProcessor has no trouble with the resultant stack of 195 and 225 second lights.the darks for both exposures are loaded., This makes a stack of 77 frames.
When a second set of lights are added there are 106 frames.
The same processing sequence is followed, there are no complaints from APP along the way. But when I go to calibrate star colours APP asserts that there are no stars in the frame despite many being visible. All frames in the data set have about 120 stars.
I do not know what is happening. Can someone tell me what I have done wrong or not done?
Chris
