Morpheus and Nagler eyepiece mounting flange heights

Hello,

I'm after the eyepiece mounting flange heights for the eyepiece series listed above. In the case of 1.25" and 2" fittings I would like the total height of the flange mount.

For the Nagler series only those currently available from Bintel etc.
