Help selecting EP's for 8" SCT

Hi all,

Looking at expanding my eyepiece collection. Recently I purchased a 24mm Panoptic for my 8” SCT, but now looking at mid and higher power eyepieces. Has anyone had much experience with the following,


University Optics Konig II 16mm
University Optics HD Orthoscopic 9mm
Considering the price of these two EP are substantially less than say equivalent size Naglers, would they be close in terms of performance (apart from FOV)?

Any other suggestions???

I have a baader hyperion 13mm and it produces excellent results in my LX90 8 inch, the Orion Stratus is almost (Optically the same design, slightly different coatings and mechanical design) the same EP. The FOV is 68 degrees and they have very good eye relief.
