M31 Andromeda

Andromeda Galaxy this is not my data 1hr data ASTROPIX practice files 8 x CR2 frames 181mb stacked in DSS saved as a TIF file, then I processed the TIF is PS CS2
Technical Data about the Images



All are Canon CR2 raw files shot with an unmodified Canon 700D (T5i).
All lights were shot with an AT65Q at f/6.5 at 420mm focal length.
All lights, darks and bias frames were shot at ISO 800.

Very cool Trevor. I had a copy of the book "The Universe" perhaps a 70's edition :question: that had a colour, Palomar Schmidt, photo (if I recall correctly) that looked uncannily like this image :thumbsup:
