Celestron Skyportal Wi-Fi connection problems

Good afternoon all,

I have recently purchased a Celestron SkyPortal Wi-Fi module for my Celestron Nexstar 6SE scope.

I can connect to it fine with the Celestron SkyPortal app and can control the scope.

I am however trying to connect in a similar fashion with SkySafari 7 PRO (tried Plus as well) but I am not having any success.

Here is what I am trying to do:

- turn on the wi-fi module in direct mode
- connect to its wi-fi network
- open SkySafari
- Create a new Telescope Preset >Other Connection>Celestron Wi-Fi>Alt-Az. GoTo
- When I click "Check Connection" nothing happens. The scope will not connect to the SkyPortal module.

I have tried restarting the phone and wi-fi, tried resetting wi-fi settings on my phone, nothing seems to work.

Anyone have any further advice to try?
