Some help with finding a live streammed funeral service video please

Hi Guys, could someone please suggest how i might be able to find a Video of a Funeral Service which was held on Monday afternoon.
The Funeral House sent me a link to this Video, however nothing seems to come up. :shrug:

The Video was live streamed whilst the service was on and will be deleted on Friday so I'm told, my sister would like to be able to keep a copy of it as it was her mother in laws funeral service.

I really don't know how to do this so any help would be much appreciated, so a step by step approach would work for me, thank you.
