Nearing completion, all I need is for it to stop raining and the roof can go on

I have used Versa panel (50mm) for the walls and Versa link (100mm) for the roof. Both have excellent insulation properties.

The roof is mounted on a metal framed carriage that rolls.

It is locked in place by 4 latches.

The side door slides open on a overhead door track.

The concrete pier is detailed in earlier post.

Finished!

Polar align done.

5 hours of imaging and the pier worked a treat.

A funny moment as I was sitting on the floor, a small head peered over the roof. 'Don't suppose you've got any food'....

Very nice

How is stability of the pier?

Not a problem bj. Spent 2 hours getting the polar alignment to within a few arc sec. It did move when I tightened the bolts but that's it.

Then imaged for the rest of the night and the results where good.

Exactly what I expected.
You will probably have to adjust alignment after say 6 months, when the whole thing settles, after that it will remain stable (unless a quake disturbs it a bit ;) )
