What is going on with Main Sequence Software?

I received an email from Main Sequence Software telling me they were changing account arrangements related to SGP. My attempts to login and find out what it is about, fail.
Does anyone know what they are up to?
I paid for SGP, they better not be turning it into a subscription service based model. I might have to give it up.:question:
