Telstra playing up again

Hi Guys, I have been logging into my Telstra Account for literally years and always with the same username and password, never had a issue.

Today it decides to tell me that "we don't recognise your username or password" "please try again.

And it is not this computer as it happens on my lappy as well, so i'm a bit stumped.

The username is correct as is the password, so why dose this happen :shrug:
