I downloaded this from https://winstars.net/ via the Mac App store ($6 == A$9) but it appears to be so-so with its rather unintuitive icon-only oriented user interface.
Stellarium is much better and is free.
I tried to install it under Ubuntu, following the instructions, but when I followed all, it missed some libraries, so I gave up.
But maybe others consider it as awesome.
Anyone her using Winstars ?
