Use AstroArt for camera control, guiding and preprocessing....
And PaintShopPro for the final tweaking.
AstroArt punches well above its weight. Free trial sample available.

Yes, I'm using it when I'm on a road. If you need it for just photography then it's perfectly fine. If you need it for heavy astro photo works then I still recommend Photoshop.

Nope, not doing any stuff at present, just waiting for my hands to settle down after 2 operations in recent years.
