Just wondering what those of you who do imaging with the ToUcam on your PSTs do to achieve focus?

With the standard ToUCam 1 1/4" adapter, the ToUcam can't quite get close enough to achieve focus. I'm thinking about buying a second adapter and cutting it shorter to achieve focus. Any other methods that work?

Thanks,

Al.

You can also remove the glass end of a 2x barlow and screw that onto the adapter. You should be able to get focus then, it worked for me.

Don't expect too much from the ToUcam. Remember you will only be getting light to 25% of the pixels, unless you get channel bleeding. I didn't get much with mine though.

Thanks Paul!

I have seen that page before but lost it. I'mm have a look at my barlows and see if I can screw the end of them.
