Just a quick thank you, Mike, for addressing us at our Macarthur Astronomical Society meeting tonight as the guest speaker. It's a long way from the central coast to come down to the south west and then go back up in a single evening - so thank you for spending your time for us.

Your talk on planetary imaging techniques was incredibly detailed and informative, and I for one learned a lot from it. It's a huge subject, and one that would be very difficult to address over the limited time of a general club meeting, but I thought that you touched on so many aspects of this complex medium without dwelling unnecessarily on any. Very well done :)

Everyone was impressed with your level of knowledge on this complex aspect to the hobby.

Once again - thanks very much

Time to fire up my ToUcam again...........

Mike,
You peaked a lot of members interest, I see a flurry of dob mounted imaging flourishing in our club.
Thankyou for your friendly, informative presentation.
I hope you will make a return trip soon.:D

No problem, guys.

Thanks for giving me the opportunity to talk about what I love! I hope my passion for it rubbed off on a few.

You've got a great group and a great bunch of members. I hope to see a few more as regulars on IIS too! I hope the stickers got snapped up :)

I ended up getting home at about 23:10, not too bad. About 1.5hrs drive home. The worst part was that there was nowhere to stop (servo) for a drink until penant hills road!

now - if you had a manager Mike
he would have made sure there were Tim Tams and Ginger Beer in the dressing room before your talk and a couple of cans of Coke and a big M voucher for your trip home
