Deep Sky Stacker...no image?

I have Deep Sky Stacker on my desk top and up until now it has worked a charm no issues at all.

Now it goes thru the stacking motions and then displays a blank grey screen and small control box (rgb lum and saturation) are both grey ...no completed stacked image.
The sliders in the box dont respond.
I have uninstalled dss and downloaded it again.
We (my daughter is helping) can not work out where the problem may lay.
Any ideas?

Hi mate, that happens when the destination folder does not exist, check that DSS it sending the result image to an existing folder...
