Software issues

I find sometimes when I'm trying to run ASCOM, Stellarium and PHD at the same time (on Win 8.2), one or more software are not picking up the telescope or the guide cam. Has anyone else had similar issues and how did you solve it?

Use StellariumScope to connect Stellarium to the mount via ASCOM. ASCOM lets multiple applications access the mount. Stellarium in its own wants exclusive control of the mount but StellariumScope connects it via ASCOM so it plays well with other applications.
