Dss will still not work with w10

I had problems with DSS when my machine was in trouble, and put it down
to the machine's problems, but I have fixed all my problems[for now at least] by reinstalling windows, and have downloaded DSS again, but it still won't work properly. I can only import 4 images at a time into DSS, and even that process is strange, but more importantly, it won't save my final image, just
saves one of the single subs at random.
Any ideas?

No idea why DSS is not working for you Raymo, but if you want to try other free stacking programs. There is available

I've never used them, so I can't tell you if they are any good.

I use AS! all the time for solar imaging. In handles AVI/SER files and gives good results.

It looks like I'll have to use something else, although it has always[and still
does] worked fine on my other two laptops.
