Never ceases to amaze me the dedication and length some people will go to, to produce more and more amazing shots of something that must have been shot millions of times before in every conceivable way....

Huh?! How do you get a camera up above a bloody great pine tree (and take rock-steady photos)?

You take panoramas at intervals from ground tripod and convert landscape panorama to polar "little planet" panorama. Looks like you're floating above the ground as result, photoshop over errors dead easy.
