Microsoft .net version 2.0

Hi all, I am considering upgrading to Microsoft .net version 2.0 and was wondering how it would effect Meades Autostar suite, Envisage and Ascom drivers.
I currently use .net V1.1 with no problems but remember reading an article that said programs only run with V1.0 but cant find it now to re-read again.

I was wondering if the more computer savvy members could help me out with some advice in regards to these programs.

Hi Ric,

Installing .NET 2 on your machine will have no affect on Autostar. It will continue to use version 1.1 unless you deliberately configure the program to use 2.0, which might not be a very bright idea.

So don't bother to "upgrade" unless some other program needs it.

Thanks for the advice, it's greatly appreciated. I wont worry about it.
It's a 22Mb download which is big in dialup terms.
