Weird Email - Account Re-activation ?

Howdy !!

I have this Email "Im Not sure if genuine" in my Hotmail box - Titled, Account Re-Activation ? & it came straight into my main box, not in junk ??

1st time Ive come across this in the 15yrs I have had this Hotmail account !

Any support appreciated - screenshot attached
