After some advice. I'm designing the roll-off components. Not sure how I'll do this yet. I have 6 pallet-jack rollers but I am also interested in using "V-grooved" rollers. Can anyone point me at a supplier of these?

Thanks

Carefull with that. If you mean rollers riding a V grove track, alignment and drive is difficult, and critical or itll ride up out of the tracks. I used flat track wheels and seperate guide wheels as per pic.

Thanks for that. Your setup is pretty much what I had in mind originally but thought the V grove was potentially simpler... Perhaps not :thanx:

Best idea I've seen was a V rail on one side and a flat rail on the other. A bit of misalignment didn't matter and the V rail side kept it aligned.

I used rollers and channeling from panel-lift garage doors. The rollers are designed to move laterally to take up any variations in channel width or alignment.
I took my problem to a garage door place who were very sympathetic to my requirements, and actually supplied me with a heap of pre loved rollers and channel sections they had removed from customer installation during upgrades etc, and at very reduced pricing. Ideal for my situation.
