Why does Astrometrica do this?

Between 10 and 50% of my pics do not blink properly on Astrometrica despite being well - centred and good in all respects.

The pics below show how they don't overlap correctly, yet the very next pic set will be perfect.

Anyone have any advice on why this is happening?
