stacking with Maxim DL

Hi!
I tried to run an automatic stack with LRGB frames in Maxim DL 5- it rejected a lot of my coloured filter shots.
Is it best to stack each Luma, then R,G B etc separately then align and stack them as the four calibrated stacked panes?
I've forgotten how best to do this as I've not done any LRGB for yonks

I've only ever really done OSC with MaxIm but I would suggest aligning them individually, even if only so that if you chose you can view them on their own merit.
