Stellarium v13 can't see ASCOM

I have my system running just fine on: ASCOM platform, EQMOD, & Carte de Ceile (sp) to the NEQ6 via the Shoestring direct usb cable. But Stellarium v13 just will not accept a config that will work and Stellariumscope does not work with Stellarium V13 ( which has its own scope config plugin)

Any experienced suggestions?
