ZEQ25 PHD2 connection issue

Have my new ZEQ25 and trying to get everything set up. My sticking point at the moment is setting up autoguiding. I am using an orion mini guidescope with an orion starshoot autoguider controlled by PHD2. After installing the Ioptron Ascom driver from Ioptron's website when I try and connect the ZEQ25 to PHD2 using the "iOptron Telescope (Ascom)" option, it brings up an error message stating "Mount does not support the required pulseguiding interface" any idea how to resolve this and whether the problem lies in my mount, the connections or the software?

Try using " Generic Hub" for anything connected to your Zeq25.
