Bluetooth blues

Hi everyone I have just purchased a bluetooth module and I cant get the bluetooth on my Toshiba sattelite pro to turn on it keeps saying bluetooth not on and when i try to activate it there is no option to turn it on I havnt activated the windows code for outlook exel word ect would this make a difference any help much appreciated.

Brad, if your Toshi is anything like mine there is a function key that allows toggling between off, wifi, wifi+BT & BT only, mine also has a slide switch which disables all wireless connectivity.

And check Toshiba's Support site for an software update for the Bluetooth module
