When did that software come out?
I just installed it and it is much more compreshensive than the 3.28 I was using.
I was able to do a non polar scope SCP align and turn down the LED on the polar scope as well -
Are there any other updates that are worth inserting?

Re the motor firmware, there were some problems with spikes in autoguiding, the motor firmware is supposed to overcome that.

I had all sorts of problems with various Synscan firmware 3.35 being the worst. Get off the hand controller and onto ASCOM it will be worth it long run.

I daresay you are right, but I will learn the handset first and then ascom - because I don't have a direct link cable....
