I finally got to processing these from my old Pentax with the 135mm f1.4 lens on my LXD55 unguided. Polar alignment was a bit out so there is some drift during the exposure and some colour fringing from the lens next time I will try the f2.8 setting.
90x30sec subs @ f2.0 (camera based darks in btw each image)
But the dew shield worked a treat. (AstroFest find what you can DIY)

If you wanted to get rid of the colour fringing it shouldn't be to hard.

Ok you got me interested what is the process. I have photoshop, nebulosity and run on OSX.
Oh and a demo version of PixInsight.

Great shots Justin, those blue halos can be tamed with Prodigital Astronomy Tools - http://www.prodigitalsoftware.com/Products.html
Great set of scripts that are run in Photoshop. I find these tools helpful to finish my processing, and at a good price too.

I used the Mac photo editing program Aperture, and lowered the saturation of the deep blue, see pice.
